Wearable Devices to Design Touchless Sensing Equipment for Military Use

Defense News ,Israel :- Israeli neuro-digital solutions firm Wearable Devices has recently inked a groundbreaking agreement with a key player in the defense industry to jointly craft a prototype for touchless sensing equipment tailored for military applications.

The primary objective of this collaborative venture is to create a neural gesture capability that can be effectively utilized by military personnel in covert scenarios, where silent activation is crucial.

The strategic partnership will harness the extensive expertise of both companies in the realm of touchless controls. Wearable Devices plans to integrate its Mudra technology into the project, an advanced digital system adept at collecting input from nerve signals to enable touchless controls.

According to the Tel Aviv-based firm, the Mudra-powered wristband offers a "more natural and intuitive way" to manage various devices, surpassing the capabilities of existing touchless methods.

Throughout the research and development phase of this initiative, efforts will be concentrated on customizing the system gesture functions to meet the unique requirements of tactical deployment.

Wearable Devices emphasizes that the project will incorporate artificial intelligence, defense analysis, and proprietary algorithms from both partners to guarantee the safety, efficiency, and adaptability of Mudra when utilized by future defense users.

Asher Dahan, CEO of Wearable Devices, expressed excitement about exploring the application of their gesture technology in cutting-edge industries. He remarked, "The longstanding challenge of touchless, silent activation in defense contexts is something we are thrilled to address. Our collaboration with a leading global defense company will pave the way for game-changing solutions in the defense industry."
