Cmdr. Brandon Miller, operations officer of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11, piloted an F/A-18F Super Hornet to make the historic landing. This accomplishment is a testament to the carrier's capability and the crucial role played by its arresting gear in facilitating flight operations.
