In a significant development, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have identified a Lashkar-e-Taiba affiliated foreign terrorist allegedly involved in the killing of a government employee in Kunda Tope, Rajouri. The individual, known by the code name Abu Hamza, is now the subject of a focused manhunt by law enforcement.

The incident, which resulted in the tragic death of Mohammad Razaq, brother of a Territorial Army official, has prompted swift action from authorities. Razaq was reportedly targeted by terrorists following the escape of a TA official from their captivity in Kunda Top village.

Authorities have taken decisive steps, registering a case under sections 302, 120b, 121a, 122, 458 IPC; 7/27 IAA and 13, 15, 16 UAPA at Thanamandi police station of Rajouri. This legal action underscores the gravity of the situation and the commitment of law enforcement agencies to pursue justice.
