Israeli Forces Claim to Killed 90 Gunmen at Gaza's Al Shifa Hospital

Defense News ,Israel Hams War :- In a recent military operation, Israel's military attacked Al Shifa hospital in Gaza. They said they killed around 90 armed individuals and captured 160 others.

Al Shifa hospital used to be the biggest hospital in Gaza before the war started. Now, it's one of the few hospitals that are still partly working in the northern area of Gaza. The hospital was also a place where displaced people found shelter.

The military explained that they targeted the hospital because they believed it was being used by armed groups. They claimed to have found weapons there. They also stated that their mission was to make sure civilians, patients, medical workers, and equipment were not harmed during the operation.

The attack on Al Shifa hospital began in the early hours of Monday. Special forces, along with infantry and tanks, were sent in by the military based on information that suggested gunmen were using the hospital again.

Last November, Israel faced criticism when its troops first raided Al Shifa hospital. During that raid, they discovered tunnels that they said were being used by Hamas, a militant group. However, Hamas and the hospital staff denied these claims, saying the hospital was not being used for military purposes or to hide fighters.
