Astra Microwave Wins Rs 380 Crore Contract for "Arudhra" MPR Subsystems with BEL
Defense News ,India :- Astra Microwave Products Ltd. has landed a significant deal with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), their largest yet in India. This ₹386 Crore agreement is a big step forward for India's defense manufacturing.
The radar system, called "Arudhra," was developed by the Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and will be made by BEL. It has been successfully tested with the Indian Air Force (IAF) and is now ready for use.
